3.2 Availability

3.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include delivery charges unless stated otherwise. I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 Consumer Rights (UK Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify me in writing (email is acceptable) within the 14-day period.
5.2 Return Conditions
If you wish to return an artwork, it must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless the artwork is faulty or not as described. I recommend using a tracked and insured service.
5.3 Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the returned artwork, I will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to your original payment method. I will refund the cost of the artwork and standard delivery charges (if applicable). Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the artwork is faulty or not as described.
5.4 Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to commissioned or bespoke artworks created to your specifications, as these are considered personalised goods.
6. Commissions
6.1 Custom Artwork
I accept commissions for custom original paintings. All commission details, including size, subject matter, timeline, and pricing, will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. A deposit of [X%] is required before I commence work.
6.2 Commission Terms
- Commissioned artworks are created based on your specifications and requirements
- You will receive progress updates and/or photographs during the creation process

6.3 Cancellation of Commissions

7. Copyright and Reproduction
7.1 Ownership of Physical Artwork
When you purchase an original artwork, you own the physical painting. However, I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce, photograph, and display the image.
7.2 Reproduction Rights
You may not reproduce, photograph for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from the artwork without my express written permission. You may display the artwork in your home or business and share personal photographs on social media with appropriate credit.
7.3 Artist’s Rights
I reserve the right to photograph the artwork before delivery for portfolio and promotional purposes. Images may be used on my website, social media, and marketing materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of artwork
- My total liability for any claim relating to artwork or this website is limited to the purchase price of the artwork in question
